What we collect
- Information you type into our forms: name, organization, email, phone, project location and description, message, and the property address in the roof estimate form.
- Attribution details: the page where you submitted the form and, when present, the campaign (UTM) parameters and external referrer from your visit. These are kept in your browser session storage until you submit a form.
- For roof estimates: the address you enter (a personal data item), its map coordinates, the roof area and outline you confirm, the material you pick and the estimate range shown, so our team can follow up.
- Your consent to this policy and the time you gave it.
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Roof estimate tool and third parties
To locate and measure a roof, the address you type is sent from our server to Google Maps Platform (address suggestions as you type, geocoding and the Solar API). The satellite picture is loaded from Mapbox or Google; when it is loaded directly from Mapbox, your browser contacts Mapbox and your IP address is visible to it. We do not send your name, email or phone to these services. Their own privacy policies apply to what they receive.
If we change these providers, we will update this policy.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, follow up on requests and understand which pages lead to inquiries. Roof estimates are preliminary and subject to a site review; they are not quotes.
Who can access it
Our team, and the service providers that host the website, store the submissions and send our notification emails. We do not sell your information.
Retention and your choices
We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to respond to it and follow up, and for our business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, write to info@hayesconstructions.example.
